Tenant fit-out, 12,000 sq ft office: HVAC, mechanical, piping
Stamford, CT · 31 mi · Install to the architect’s design · GC taking quotes
mampap. · Brand communication with a system · since 2006
People who know you give you the job. People who don’t compare quotes. We build both: the tool that finds the work before anyone posts it, and the presence that wins it.
Twelve contractors, one spec. In the end, price decides.
Who we are
We build what mid-sized companies show the world. Until now that was handcraft: workshop, concept, execution, and a few years later, start over. It never scaled.
What leads the way now
Morrow finds tomorrow’s work, from what makes you who you are today.
The name: marrow, the core inside that carries everything. And tomorrow, what grows from it. In the mark, mampap sits on top and mojoo below. In between is the gap: that’s where your company stands.
We developed it in-house, from what twenty years of working with companies have taught us. What it finds, we put into practice and keep developing with you. Consulting, execution and development, all under one roof.
What it’s about
A zoning approval here, a new tenant there, a hospital hiring a facilities director. Every week, hundreds of signals that work is coming. Most aren’t for you, a few are exactly right. Finding them takes time nobody in the company has.
What Morrow is
Morrow is set up around you: what you can do, what you no longer want, how far you’ll drive. Then it reads permits, property deals, job postings and public bids every morning, tells you which leads fit, and helps you reach out first. With every lead you take or pass, it learns more about what you stand for.
First, the most important question: how does Morrow know what fits you? ↓
Why the profile makes the difference
Whether a job fits you isn’t in the listing. It depends on who you are, what you no longer want and where you want to go.
Stamford, CT · 31 mi · Install to the architect’s design · GC taking quotes
Pure install to someone else’s design. You stopped taking those two years ago.
from the conversation with the ownerAn eight-week finish date ties up two crews you need for design-build work.
from the conversation with your field supervisorYou lost your last three fit-out quotes to the lowest number.
from 58 quotes since 2019But: The same developer just got zoning approval for a 48,000 sq ft medical office building in Brookfield. That one’s yours. Fit 3.
What profiling gets you
The core · Profiling
Before Morrow searches, it gets to know you. Not from a questionnaire, but at your place: we talk with the people who win the jobs, design them and build them, and we analyze what you’ve quoted, won and lost in recent years. That’s the part no AI can do on its own.
Talk, one on one: owner, sales, engineering, field crews. What you can do, what you no longer want, where you want to go. And why.
Analyze what already exists: references, old quotes, jobs won and lost. That shows what you do, not just what you say.
Translate it into a profile the AI understands: services, exclusions, ranges, region, reasons.
Sharpen it with every lead you take and every one you pass. The profile gets more precise the longer it runs.
“It gets interesting when the system has to be designed first.”
“We don’t install to someone else’s drawings anymore. We earn nothing and learn nothing.”
Won between $250K and $3M. Below that too expensive, above that too small.
“We stay until the system runs right. Even when that’s not in the contract.”
“We win when the customer doesn’t know yet how it should work.”

Every morning Morrow reads permits, zoning agendas, property deals, job postings and public bids in your region. Without anyone on your team searching.
You set how far you’ll drive. Anything outside that drops out.
Every lead gets a number from 0 to 3. Not by keywords, but by whether it fits your profile.
Every match comes with two sentences on why it fits. And what’s missing.
Timing in view, save it, move on to first contact. You decide, Morrow prepares.
What you get out of it
Stage 01 · Inbox
One email every morning. Not a list of eighty alerts nobody reads, but three leads that fit you. Each with a number, from 0 to 3.
Behind itNot a keyword filter, but your profile: what you can do, what you no longer take on, how far you’ll drive.
“I didn’t even know those jobs were coming.”
Good morning. Three leads fit you.
Stage 02 · Rating
Next to every match it says why it got its number, and beside it the profile it was checked against.
Behind itA state, a region or 60 miles around the shop. The two can be combined.
“We quoted it because it said HVAC. They were looking for the cheapest installer.”
Profile last sharpened after lead 11
Stage 03 · Foresight
Zoning approvals, property sales, expansion news, a new facilities director. They show what gets built next year, long before anyone writes a spec.
Behind itA weather forecast for your business. Morrow shows you where a call is worth it. Until now, that only worked if you knew someone on the planning board.
“We always find out after the other guy is already in.”
Stage 04 · Reach out
Morrow drafts the first contact from your profile: who to call, what to say, which jobs to point to. In your brand identity, not a form letter. For public bids, the bid outline and checklist.
Behind itYou check, you send. Nothing goes out without your okay. And every letter stays in-house, as a piece of what you’ve said about yourselves.
“We heard about it when the RFP came out. Three weeks before it was due.”
“Design-build, our engineers from day one.”
“Maintenance on someone else’s install, three-year term.”
“Start-up by our own techs, not by subs.”
“Nobody had drawings of the old system.”
“Someone else’s design, lowest number wins.”
“Same spec as six other bidders.”
“9 miles away. On site the same day.”
We engineer it first. And keep it running.
After a year, you’ve described yourselves forty times. Under pressure, without thinking about marketing.
What keeps coming up is no coincidence.
What you’re made of shapes what tomorrow brings.
The new hire in engineering knows why you took Brookfield and passed on White Plains. Without you explaining it to everyone one by one.
Any shop can set a rooftop unit. Whoever wants exactly yours is buying a different product. And whoever asks an AI who designs something like this gets you, with the facts right.
With a profile, it knows your decisions and your reasons. That’s the difference between a tool and a colleague who knows the place.
And then · The house behind Morrow
Morrow gets you to the table. The job is won by people.
Whoever reads your letter looks at your website next. Whoever gets your call googles you. Whoever welcomes you to a meeting sees your truck, your jacket and your folder. At every one of these points, the same company has to show up. Otherwise what the first contact built up starts to crumble.
We call it brand communication. For whoever reads your letter, it means: this all fits together. It gets built piece by piece, each as its own project. And when it comes to direction, pricing, positioning, which jobs you even want, mojoo sits at the table too.

Who’s behind it
For twenty years we’ve been building what mid-sized companies show the world: brand identity, websites, campaigns, videos. Concept, design and technology are all in-house, in Ergolding near Landshut, Germany.
Morrow came about because we needed a tool for ourselves that finds work. That it turned up exactly what we’d been looking for for twenty years wasn’t planned. It happens because nobody writing to a customer is thinking about marketing.
